Maljaul Aitham Orphanage was established in 1977 with a view to take care of the orphans and destitute in educationally and economically backward district of Malappuram, Kerala. It started functioning with 11 orphans in a rented building and was shifted to own building in 1979. Presently the orphanage is hosting 109 inmates from 9-20 years of age.
